1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing spiderrp.com or utilizing the Bear's Den PTT application (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. The Service is provided by Spider Records & Productions Inc. ("we", "us") strictly as a private family management and communications tool designed for everyday household coordination.

2. Intended Use and Service Limitations

Bear's Den PTT is designed exclusively as a family management and communications tool. It is absolutely not intended to be used as a lifeline, emergency communication system, or a replacement for professional emergency services (such as 911).

Features like the "Priority Family Alert" and real-time audio transmissions are convenience functions intended to get your household's immediate attention. Because these features rely entirely on variables outside of our control—including third-party cellular networks, local Wi-Fi, device battery levels, and strict Android operating system constraints—alerts and messages can and will occasionally fail.

By using this service, you explicitly acknowledge that Spider Records & Productions Inc. assumes zero liability for missed communications, network outages, or any resulting damages. You agree never to rely on this app for critical safety or life-threatening situations.

3. Subscriptions and Den Access

Access to premium features is managed via a single "Umbrella Subscription" applied to your Den. If the subscription lapses or payment fails, access for all connected profiles (adults and children) will be restricted to free-tier features or locked until payment is restored. We reserve the right to modify pricing with advance notice.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use this Service only for managing your direct family network. Any attempt to reverse-engineer our WebSocket infrastructure, spam the network, distribute malicious code, or harass users will result in an immediate, permanent, non-refundable ban.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
