Privacy Policy
Effective Date: June 2026
Spider Records & Productions Inc. ("we", "our", or "us") operates the Bear's Den PTT application (the "App"), a dedicated family management and communications tool. We built this platform because we believe families deserve a completely private, ad-free environment to coordinate their daily lives. This document outlines exactly what our servers do, and more importantly, what they do not do.
1. Absolute Zero Location Tracking
To maximize your family's privacy, we do not track your location. The App does not request, access, or store GPS, Wi-Fi, or cellular location data. We do not know where you or your children are.
2. How We Handle Your Data
- Live Audio: Voice transmissions are routed in real-time through secure WebSockets to coordinate your household. We never record, capture, or store audio. Once you release the button, the audio ceases to exist.
- Bulletin Board Chat: Text messages sent within your family network are temporarily stored to allow offline family members to catch up. Our servers automatically and permanently execute a database wipe of all messages older than 30 days.
- Anonymized Billing: We process subscriptions via RevenueCat. We deliberately do not send your name, email, or personal identifiers to the payment processor. Billing is anchored to a randomized, anonymous network ID to prevent third-party profiling.
- No Advertisements: We do not inject ads, nor do we sell, rent, or trade your family's behavioral data to marketing agencies. Your data remains entirely within your locked network.
3. Child Privacy & Parental Consent (COPPA/PIPEDA)
We comply strictly with global child privacy regulations. When a child profile is staged to join a Den, the App enters a hard-locked state. The profile cannot transmit audio, send data, or access the network until the registered Master Administrator (Parent/Guardian) receives a secure email and explicitly clicks to verify and consent to the child's access. Parents maintain full control to revoke this access or delete the child's profile at any time from their Control Panel.
4. Right to Deletion
You have the absolute right to be forgotten. Using our Account Deletion Portal, you can trigger a permanent database purge. If the last parent deletes their account, the entire family network, all linked child profiles, and all chat history are instantly and irreversibly destroyed.
